The Invitation Pathway
LeaderPrint is not applied for - it is a journey mindfully entered. The pathway described here is not an audition, nor an application process.
It is a series of thresholds of engagement, each one carrying a deeper invitation. A leads moves through at their own pace with discernment honoured at every stage.
Stage 1: Explore
A specially crafted 2-hour experience designed to give an invited leader a genuine first encounter with LeaderPrint — its spirit, its depth, and the quality of its community. This is not a pitch or a preview. It is the beginning of a real conversation between a leader and the possibility of formation. (A reservation fee of $10 is required.)

Stage 2: Prepare
A required online preparation module is completed before attending an Impact Day as a guest. This is not gatekeeping — it is an act of honour toward the existing community. A guest who arrives prepared participates fully rather than just observing.
Stage 3: Experience
The leader attends a full Impact Day — not as an observer seated at the back, but as a full participant. They sit in small groups, engage with the LeaderPrint Scan alongside the community, and enter the full rhythm of the day. They experience what membership of this journey would actually mean for their life. (Seat reservation fee of $25.00 is required. This amount will be applied to membership when you join.)
Stage 4: Discern
Following the Guest Impact Day, the leader is asked to make a decision: to join the journey, or to step back. This decision is required — an open-ended, unresolved engagement serves neither the leader nor the community. But both outcomes are received with honour and without pressure.
